Hello beautiful queen,


How are you doing, especially in this season?!


I want to remind you – no matter how you’re handling this uncertain and restrictive season- you’re doing great!


I myself have had a range of emotions come out from anywhere and everywhere… and at times became very overwhelming which led to my anxiety. I was so highly strung one moment and then the next moment I would just burst into tears.


If you have had these types of moments or similar feelings come up?

You are not alone.


I was totally in that space for about 2 weeks.


This was, because I refused to let myself feel the emotions that were coming up for me. I kept pushing them away because I thought that if I succumbed to these feelings, I’d spiral downwards… reality was… because I was ignoring my emotions, I was suppressing them even further.


Have you felt ashamed to have these feelings…?


Again, queen you are not alone. I totally understand- I was right there too.


So, I want to share the simple and effective process that I myself and have shared with some of my clients with success, ‘How to go from Living in Anxiety to Creating Your Serenity’.


So, I am going to guide you through this process,


Before we start, it's important that we clear our mind and relax out body, so that we are in a present state. So give yourself the gift of total silence- close the door, put headphones in and when you are ready.....


.... Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, just relaxing your body, and taking another deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose releasing the tension of the day or night, depending on where you are in the world.


Now that you are in present state with yourself, I will take you through the 5 steps on ‘How to go from Living in Anxiety to Creating Your Serenity’.



1) Give yourself permission to listen and feel the emotions around your anxiety and stress- now this is not for you to relive the anxiety… but this is where you choose to listen to yourself



2) Ask yourself what is the most re-occurring emotion/ the re-occurring thought… what is keeping you up at night?

This is to discover what is creating these emotions. Whatever your re-occurring emotion is… just take note of it.


As an example, your most re-occurring thought is health, so ask yourself, “what is it about health you keep thinking about, what is the root of this thought?”


Such as, you’re afraid to go to work and then possibly bring it home and give it to your family… so the emotion that is running, is that you’re afraid/ scared/ worried.


Take note of what is coming up for you.


Now that you are aware of the underlying emotions… you can start to acknowledge them and create a plan to minimise these thoughts… so if you’re worried of bringing it home from work… maybe your plan will include taking your shoes off outside the door, and going straight into the shower before you make any contact with anyone else… by having a plan and having things in place, will create control over your emotions and bring back stability.



3) I believe that in this season, it is encouraging us to think laterally-

It is opening up opportunities for you to tap into your creative side and think outside your usual routines.


This may be the opportunity to look at your passions that you have use to “never have the time for” and turn your passions into helping others or a way to add extra dollars into your bank account.



4) As you take new action- allow yourself to feel the process- because when you start something new, it may open up to other emotions, and just know, that is ok.


If needed, go over this process until you feel stable and back in control.


5) Every day or even every week, give yourself some peace/ quiet time and just focus on your breathing. Find a nice spot in your garden or somewhere comfy, and just focus on your breath – take a breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. This is to bring calmness in your mind and body.


Do this until you feel a sense of calmness.
